Our Condition Standards

At Now From Then, we carefully authenticate and grade every piece to ensure you know exactly what you're purchasing. Each item is assessed by our expert team and assigned the following condition grades:

New With Tags

The item is new and never worn. It still has its original brand/product/store tag.

Never Worn

Like new with no visible signs of wear. May include dust bag and packaging.

Excellent Condition

Gently used with minimal to no signs of wear. May show very slight marks that are barely noticeable. Hardware is clean and intact. Overall appearance is near-perfect.

Good Condition

Previously worn with some signs of use. May have minor scratches, slight discoloration, or small marks. All functionality intact. Still presents beautifully.

Used

Moderate signs of wear consistent with regular use. May include visible scratches, minor stains, or wear to corners and edges. All structural elements remain sound.

Fair Condition

Significant signs of wear. May have noticeable scratches, stains, discoloration, or worn hardware. Priced accordingly to reflect condition.

Vintage

Items 20 years or older. May show patina, fading, or natural signs of age that reflect the piece's history. Each vintage item is unique and priced to reflect its condition and rarity
