Change of mind — As all items are pre-owned and one-of-a-kind, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please review all photos and measurements carefully before purchasing.
Unpaid duties — If your order cannot be delivered because customs duties, taxes, or other charges remain unpaid, we are unable to accept a return or provide a refund. To avoid this, we recommend choosing our tax-included shipping option where available.
