We're an Expert Seller on Vestiaire Collective with 200+ orders and a Trusted Seller on Grailed with 79+ orders. If any item is ever found to be inauthentic, we offer a full refund — no questions asked.

Our in-house team checks every piece for material quality, stitching, hardware, labels, and brand-specific markers. For bags, we also use Entrupy — an AI-powered authentication device used by major resale platforms and auction houses. We ship to 30+ countries worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, and more. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, message us and we'll confirm.

For items under US$400 (HK$3,200), we offer tax-included shipping — duties and taxes are covered in the shipping fee. No surprise charges at your door.

Orders are dispatched within 4 business days. Delivery times after dispatch: Hong Kong 1–3 days, Asia 3–7 days, US and international 7–14 days (standard) or 3–7 days (express). All orders include full tracking — you'll receive your tracking number by email once shipped.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout.

We're working on adding buy-now-pay-later options. In the meantime, if you're interested in a higher-value piece, message us and we may be able to work something out on a case-by-case basis.

Every item is one-of-a-kind, so we can't hold or reserve pieces. Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you see something you love, we'd recommend purchasing it before it's gone.

Every item is photographed in detail and honestly described. We use these condition ratings:

New With Tags — Brand new, original tags still attached.

Never Worn — Brand new condition without original tags.

Excellent Condition — Minimal signs of wear. Looks almost new.

Good Condition — Light wear consistent with gentle use.

Fair Condition — Visible signs of wear — reflected in the price.

Vintage — Character and patina consistent with age.

Every item includes size information and many include flat-lay measurements. We also have a size guide with international conversion charts (JP, IT, FR, UK, US) and brand-specific fit notes. If you need exact measurements for a specific piece, message us and we'll measure it for you.

As all items are pre-owned and one-of-a-kind, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing.

However, we do accept returns in two cases:

Item not as described — Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll resolve it promptly.

Authenticity concern — If an item is found to be inauthentic, we offer a full refund, no questions asked.

Yes — we accept consignment from individuals looking to sell authenticated designer pieces. We handle photography, listing, pricing, and shipping. Message us on WhatsApp with photos of what you'd like to sell, and we'll let you know if it's a fit.

We focus on mid-to-high-end designer brands — Gucci, Dior, Sacai, Rick Owens, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Fendi, Alexander McQueen, and similar. We generally don't accept fast fashion, high-street brands, or heavily worn items. If you're not sure, send us photos and we'll let you know.
